Terhi Saiman on Suomen myydyin soutuvene, eikä syyttä. Veneessä on koko Terhi-malliston parhaimmat soutuominaisuudet ja -ergonomia. Soutamista helpottaa entisestään alhaalla oleva painopiste, säädettävä penkki ja hyvät jalkatuet. Vene toimitetaan yhdellä airoparilla ja nivelhankaimilla, mutta veneessä on paikat kahdelle airoparille. Halutessaan veneen perälautaan voi myös asentaa pienen lyhytrikisen perämoottorin tai sähköperämoottorin. Saiman on varustettu myös lukittavilla säilytystiloilla.


Terhi Saimanin sadevesityhjentyvyys on optimaalisin perämoottorin kanssa. Käytettäessä venettä ilman perämoottoria, on perämoottorin paino syytä kompensoida 10 kilolla, jotta vene tyhjentyy parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla.
