Tiki 21 is indeed a little sturdy and versatile cat, excellent for coastal hopping, but likewise all Wharram designs its pretty seaworthy in all sorts of conditions.

Dyneema lines (halyards, shroud & fore stay lashings etc) and spectra beam lashings. Sturdy mainsail (with 2 reef lines) and jib (with 1 reef line) + spinnaker. Mooring line, fenders and decent anchor. Beach trolleys for launching.

Construction: West System Epoxy, Okume plywood, Douglas fir and Hemlock. Hulls sealed outside with West System 200 g plain weave fiberglass (keels have 3 layers). Everything inside is sealed with 2-3 layers of epoxy. Beams are sealed with 2-3 layers of epoxy. Hulls, beams and main deck is coated with 2-4 layers of extra durable Tikkurila Temadur & Temacoat rm 40 two part paints. Decks have Precision anti-slippery covers. Some areas have few extra layers of one part polyurethane paint.
