Over the years, major updates and maintenance work have been made to the boat and its equipment, some of which have improved living on the boat and safety on deck.

In 2011, major renovations have been made, including teak deck covering (still in good condition), electronics have been renewed, and most of the sails and hoists.

In 2021, the fixed rigging stays and shrouds have been replaced with dyform type cables and the boat's keel beams have been repaired by a professional shipyard. In addition, an anchor winch and Sailomat 3040 wind rudder have been installed. In terms of living on the boat, a new stove and toilet bowl have been installed, as well as a two + one solar panel system, and a new sprayhood has been made for the cabin hatch.

In 2025, all the pipes of the toilet system with pumps and the septic tank (56 liters) were renewed.

Regarding navigation, the sale includes maps of two different types of plotters all the way from Finland along the coast to the Atlantic archipelagos (Azores, Madeira and the Canary Islands), the publication dates of the maps are 2021-2022. In addition, I can offer paper maps from the same areas for the same price, some of which are a couple of years ago and some older.

Regarding the sails, only the mainsail (three reefs) and the self-tacking jib have been used in the last five years, and the other sails have been used sparingly in the last 15 years. The winch equipment includes 8 self-tacking winches (four different sizes) and one traditional hoist winch.

The engine is original and there is accurate information about its operating hours from 2022 onwards, it works well, although in my opinion it is slightly underpowered compared to the size of the boat. The propeller is a three-blade folding model from Volvo.

In terms of inspection equipment, class 2 equipment excluding so-called personal protective equipment.

The boat is being sold only because the owner's age and the problems that come with it seriously hinder the joy of sailing.
